Alan Paul Construction, Inc. (formerly known as Mike Josey Construction, Inc.) was established by Alan Paul and Mike Josey in January of 2003. Within the first year of business, the company received first and second place awards in the BIA�s Parade of Homes contest. With the promising beginning of a young company, Alan and Mike have had the privilege of being a part of over 100 building projects in Okaloosa and Walton Counties and in Southern Alabama. We specialize in building custom homes as well as commercial projects.  On March 16, 2008, Mike lost his life in a motorcycle accident. As you can expect, losing Mike was one of the hardest things that we have had to face. Although it has been rough picking up the pieces and carrying on without him, Alan strives daily to continue the dream the he and Mike shared. That dream was not only about building beautiful homes and businesses, but rather giving the owner a chance to make their own dream come to life. Our goal is not to just build the building, but build relationships, in the hopes of making each customer�s experience unique and enjoyable. In December 2008, Alan became a State Certified Building Contractor which allows him to build residential homes and commercial structures up to three stories anywhere in the State of Florida.
