Vince brings a decade of professional experience in water and wastewater engineering from planning and design through construction in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. AICP, will be leading the firm’s Hudson Valley planning practice based in White Plains, New York. Nina will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of integrated planning, environmental, and engineering services to the office’s Hudson Valley clients, and expanding AKRF’s prominence throughout the municipal and private land development market. Since joining AKRF in 2012, Nina has provided a broad range of public- and private-sector clients with land use planning, public engagement, and environmental consulting services. Her work has included municipal planning services, including site plan reviews, zoning code updates, grant writing, and transit-oriented development plans; environmental impact review pursuant to SEQRA, and NEPA guidelines; new multi-use trailways and trailway master plans; and open space and farmland protection plans. She also managed the preparation of several New York Rising Community Reconstruction Plans on behalf of the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery. services across the firm’s transportation, land development, energy, and water markets. Michael specializes in construction management, administration, and inspection; resident engineering and inspection; geotechnical investigation; site development; utilities engineering; and engineering research. He has provided construction management services for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, New York City Department of Design and Construction, New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and many other government agencies, as well as utility districts and education, healthcare, and cultural institutions. Michael has also provided engineering design services for the Triborough Bridge & Tunnel Authority and other clients.
