We build and test every unit we sell the day you order - so you always get the freshest products and best performance for your application. You can pay more but you can't get less than ZERO tds. We will refund the FULL amount of all product purchases made by customers if the product is returned by the customer UNOPENED and UNUSED within 30 days after purchase.  We do not have a restocking fee, but we do not refund any shipping charges and customer must pay to have the items returned to us. If the customer received free shipping with the original purchase, then the amount of the refund will be reduced by the amount of free shipping that the customer would have been charged.
