Company Information Our office is located on SR 436, Winter Park Florida, between Aloma Ave. and Howell Branch Rd. The principal, Ernesto Gonzalez-Chavez, has upheld the integrity of the firm throughout the years. Our staff is comprised of a solid team of professionals that bring together a broad range of talent and experience. Our quality of service has allowed us to garner many long-time repeat clients. In addition to Architecture, AIP provides Planning, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering, Contract Management, Interior Planning and Consulting Services. We have performed the planning for many projects which have resulted in a more efficient use of the land, as well as a lower construction cost from modifying the least amount of land necessary. Which sets a favorable tone with the surrounding property owners. We also provide special services such as Owner Representation to absent owners. We have become adept at coordinating with outside design professionals, when necessary, while still overseeing every aspect of the project. Our goal is to provide a low-cost, high-quality end result. We achieve this by combining our years of technical experience with extensive knowledge of cost saving techniques. Collectively, our Architects have more than a century of combined experience.
