Aikido Express was created through a collaboration between teacher and student. Aikido Express is dedicated to the teachers who have appeared in our lives and in the lives of Aikido students everywhere. Their instruction is our inspiration, and we hope this site may be yet another vehicle for the transmission of their teachings. AIO will help you implement programs and strategies that will allow your dojo to be successful both on and off the mat.
