AG Lake Terrace, incorporated September 15, 2008 is aimed at handling real estate investments in the United States of America with the primary objective of managing the resources invested in this business by Sun Tropic Development Inc. and its president and sole shareholder Mr. Angel Garcia Berroa, Dominican entrepreneur, lawyer who has devoted more than 30 years in the Dominican Republic to the development of projects with real estate investments of high consideration. For this reason Mr. Garcia becomes interested in exploring other areas of investment outside his country. Over a seven year period, AG Lake Terrace has managed investments in the United States accounting for more than 95% of its resources invested in the counties of Miami-Dade and Broward in Florida. At the same time continues with the development of touristic commercial housing projects in the Dominican Republic through its affiliates, Sun Tropic Development Inc. and Gama Development Inc., owner of 99% of the stocks of the companies through which Sun Tropic Development Inc. keeps its investments in the Dominican Republic. As of today AG Lake Terrace is located at 2965 SW 28th Lane, Miami, Florida 33133 in its recently built building from where it offers rental services to the public having to date, actual leasing contracts of more than 130 tenants. Presently is in the process of acquiring through the relevant agencies of the county the approval of its blue-prints for a 17 apartment building located at 760 NW 35th Street, Miami, Florida 33127. This will be the first multi-family property given that until now it concentrated the investments in individual properties for the purpose of ease of selling any of them and obtain the necessary resources for new investments.
