Chuck was appointed President & CEO of Aegion Corporation in October 2014 after serving for five months as the Interim CEO of Aegion. Chuck’s involvement with Aegion began in 2009 with his appointment to our Board of Directors. Prior to his current role at Aegion, Chuck served as CEO of Natural Systems Utilities, LLC, as President and COO of Nuverra Environmental Solutions, Inc. as CEO of Siemens Water Technologies, as President of the Siemens Water Technologies Systems Division and as President of USFilter’s Service and Products Division. David joined Aegion in 2005 as our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from the law firm of Thompson Coburn LLP, where he was a partner in its corporate and securities practice areas. He became our Chief Administrative Officer in 2007 and was promoted to Executive Vice President in 2014 and appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer in November 2017. Brian joined Aegion in 2018 after serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Strike, LLC, a midstream engineering and construction firm. In this role, he was responsible for leadership of their pipeline equipment business. Prior to Strike, Brian was President and CEO of Spitzer Industries where he led the company’s growth strategy including a three-year plan to successfully integrate several company acquisitions. Brian began his career with Schlumberger Oilfield Services and held a variety of leadership roles in the United States, Africa, Europe, Latin America and Asia over a 17-year period, culminating with Brian being named Senior Vice President Offshore Russia & Central Asia. Robby provides direction on sales strategies, sales training activities, sales compensation plans, forecasting of orders and bookings targets and oversees the overall sales management process. After joining Aegion in 2015 as the Senior Vice President of Sales for the Corrosion Protection platform, he developed the sales compensation plan and was instrumental in refining and implementing the overall Aegion sales management process within the Corrosion Protection platform. Prior to joining Aegion, Robby was a Senior Vice President of Business Development for Transfield Services, a $700 million engineering, maintenance services construction and infrastructure company. Robby has over 28 years of leadership experience in operations and sales with a variety of global organizations. How can we help you?
