Company History Adventure in Building, Inc. was incorporated in 1990 in Cocoa, Florida. Early construction projects included building a new custom home on Merritt Island, Florida, and residential and commercial remodeling and additions. When the business relocated to Orlando in 1991, speculative renovation of residential property was the main focus. In mid 1997, Monarcha began preconstruction consulting for professional Builder/Remodelers in the Central Florida area. For the last 20 years, consulting activity has expanded to include helping homeowners with "ease of use" planning, helping builders, remodelers and design professionals with plan review and estimating, and helping attorneys with construction related issues.
