Jeremy started his career in the real estate industry in 1999 in Kansas City, Missouri at American Equity Mortgage. After excelling as a Senior Loan Officer, Jeremy was quickly promoted to Branch President of the newly opened Jacksonville Office. He later served in the same role at Vinson Mortgage also located in Jacksonville, Florida. Jeremy has been featured on NPR Market Watch for his knowledge of the condo, short sale and loss mitigation industries. Jeremy was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida and since 2003 has called Jacksonville, Florida home. He has personally been in involved in over 5500 Real Estate transactions during his career. Jeremy has designed and authored many training manuals and material used in real estate classes, mortgage offices, and law firms on loss mitigation techniques as well as short sale strategies. Jeremy graduated in 1997 from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia with a BA in Political Science. Prior to entering the real estate industry, Jeremy designed and implemented (CRM) customer relationship management systems for companies around the world including Chic-fil-A, E-Trade and UPS.
