EcoStarHouse LLC is a fully-integrated construction holding company (called hereinafter EcoStarHouse) which builds residential houses in Collier County, FL. EcoStarHouse is doing the full-cycle: design, project, approvals, sourcing of materials, construction, lay-out, landscaping, and sales. The core business idea of EcoStarHouse focuses on construction of mid-market eco-houses with unique design, materials, and location. EcoStarHouse creates contemporary design buildings, loaded with eco- and energy-efficient technologies, and located on 1-5 acre plots with pines, East from Naples, ranked 1 Our houses feature an abundance of out-of-the-box engineering solutions that are sustainable, energy-efficient, and provide exceptional comfort. We look beyond traditional solutions in construction industry offered locally and use cutting-edge materials and technology from around the world. For example, our engineered, self-cleaning, and ventilated facade panels are from Japan. Not only do they look stunning, but come with a 50-year warranty. The solid metal frame underneath is manufactured in the US and is insulated with eco-verified US foam. Our energy-saving windows look gorgeous and are imported from Italy. The wood is from Oregon and the unique ceiling lights come from Germany. Owing to these technologies and use of materials, our houses look different and innovative. Among others, our houses use up to 50% less electricity than comparable models and are termite proof, fungus resistant and mold free.
