Dr. Stone attended medical school at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, did her internship at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg and completed her Residency at Schneider Children's Hospital in New York where she served as chief resident of Pediatrics. Dr. Stone moved back to Florida in 1998 where she practiced Pediatrics in a large group until June 2009 when she started Advanced Pediatrics of Boca with Dr. Anastasio and Dr. Moore. She sees patients from newborn to age 18 and has a special interest in children with developmental disorders. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Stone is a wife and the mother of three beautiful daughters, has participated in several triathalons, including an Ironman in 2014 and is now enjoying mountain biking. Dr. Moore completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola College of Maryland where she majored in French literature. She continued her studies at the Univeristy of Madrid Complutense School of Medicine and ultimately finished medical school in Guadalajara, Mexico. She completed her pediatrics residency at Miami Children's Hospital. She practiced in a large group in Boca Raton for several years before she started Advanced Pediatrics of Boca along with Dr. Anastasio and Dr. Stone in 2009. Dr. Moore serves as the chair of the Department of Pediatrics at West Boca Medical Center. She is also an affiliate professor at FAU School of medicine and is involved in educating medical students. She is board certified in pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has a special interest in genetic disorders and syndromes and is fluent in Spanish and French. She received her Bachelors of Arts, cum laude from Cornell University. She then studied medicine at the University of South Florida with Dr Anastasio and Dr Stone. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics at Emory University in Atlanta. She returned to South Florida with her husband, where they raised their son and daughter. Her career path includes many years’ experience in pediatric emergency, urgent care and hospitalist medicine. She developed an interest and expanded her knowledge in the management of pediatric asthma and acute illness. She then returned to primary care medicine, and now enjoys helping and watching families to grow healthy and strong.
