Adrian started his career as a real estate developer working under the guidance of his father Pedro Adrian Sr. who was the leading Hispanic builder in Miami-Dade County in the 80’s. One of the most important lessons Adrian Sr. taught Alvaro was the importance of building properties that exemplified quality, attention to detail, and workmanship. Alvaro learned quickly how to manage all spectrums of the business: land acquisitions, construction and sales.
