By utilizing a project management software, we are able to assist the Project Managers and Superintendents by ensuring the specified materials on a project are verified and arrive on schedule. Jim directs the day-to-day operations of the company, including the project management, estimating and accounting. He is responsible for formulating plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives, while ensuring profitable growth and fulfilling the company’s commitment to the community. Jim has been employed in the construction industry for over 40 years. Ralph is responsible for directing and overseeing the activities of project managers, marketing and business development personnel. He helps establish policies and procedures. Mr. Moore started his construction career as the owner of a small construction company, and currently has over 30 years of experience in commercial construction. Keith is responsible for leading and overseeing the development and growth of profitable new business for DI Construction. In addition, he provides executive oversight to direct and assist in maintaining effective key agency relationships, attracting new clients and generating leads for possible projects. Keith is a member of AGC of DC, NAIOP VA, NAIOP MD/DC, CORENET, IFMA, AIA and Innovative Solutions Consortium. Keith directs DI Construction's involvement and activities within these groups to provide a consistent image with the goal of long-term growth for the company. With 30 years of commerical construction experience, Glenn supervises and guides his project management team through day-to-day activities. He plans, staffs, and supervises all assigned team activities through subordinate managers. He provides advice, and direction to his team members as it relates to the construction projects under his team’s control. He assists with his team’s professional development through training, communication, delegation of responsibility, and delegation of authority. The Senior Project Manager's priority is to provide sound proactive directives that will facilitate smooth execution of projects. Plans, staffs and supervises all assigned team activities through subordinate managers, and provides advice, guidance and direction to team members. Off-site, the Project Manager represents the company in project progress meetings and manages the financial aspects of the project. The Project Support Administrator maintains current information regarding all facets of a project's status, ensuring timely submission of project materials for review and approval, confirmation of material delivery dates, and any issues regarding subcontractor's requests for additional information. Generation of all correspondence related to subcontractor issues, researching material lead times, and equal substitution for long lead time materials, and overseeing the information flow to Mission Control and Accounting. DI provides regular safety training to employees to ensure their safety and that of others. As a result, the company has enjoyed an extremely low incident level for several years. Quality Control is comprised of four different positions in the company: We, as a company, have developed a Zero Tolerance Policy as it regards safety, quality, cleanliness, responsiveness and professionalism. Anything less is simply not acceptable. Serving as the Senior Technical Advisor to projects to assist in complex construction or start-up issues, ensuring all company procedures are observed.
