ADS-0021 08/17 The Brand Team Leader / Senior Director, Marketing will be responsible for leading the ADS-5102 Brand Team, managing all aspects of marketing and launch of Adamas’ lead product, from pre-commercialization through commercialization. Additionally, this position oversees marketing campaigns and initiatives and will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that such are implemented in alignment with product goals and objectives. The Brand Team Leader / Senior Director, Marketing will report to the Vice President, Marketing and is based in Emeryville, CA. Builds and manages a team of marketing professionals and consultants that can optimize launch readiness plans and leverage additional pipeline products; Develops and executes comprehensive and innovative marketing strategies and tactics including disease state education and branded product messaging and positioning; Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Market Access, Business Analytics, and Commercial Operations to execute launch readiness plans Manages the marketing budget consistent with the financial goals and objectives of the company, including efficient management of vendors and contracted resources; Recent experience launching products with demonstrated success on meeting and/or exceeding launch objectives and goals; Experience with CNS product sales is highly desired. In-depth knowledge of promotional and selling processes that achieve high quality results; Ability to travel as business needs require; The Corporate Controller will lead the Accounting function of Adamas Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The position has overall responsibility for general ledger accounting, commercial accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and tax. The Corporate Controller will partner with the Director, SEC Reporting on SEC filings and internal control related matters. This position reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and is based in Emeryville, California. Manages third-party tax provider and review tax provision; Provides technical accounting leadership on significant accounting transactions. Stay up-to-date on technical guidance relevant to pharmaceuticals industry; Assists Director, SEC Reporting, with development and implementation of internal controls in preparing Company for SOX 404 compliance; Ability to lead, manage, and execute on special projects as needed within finance and accounting organization and across various Company functions; Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate Company’s financial results, accounting policies, and procedures; The Desktop Engineer is responsible for developing, deploying, and managing end user’s systems security, automation, software deployment, software patch remediation and device management in addition to providing escalated helpdesk support to internal users. This position will be tasked with creating functional deliverables, such as; testing plans/scripts, creating training plans and on-boarding manuals, identifying gaps, and providing solutions to IT related matters. This position reports to the Senior Manager, IT Operations and is located in Emeryville, California. Provides continuous training and develops training guides to end users, as needed; Manages and supports Microsoft Active Directory, Office365, SharePoint Services, e-mail, Enterprise Collaboration and other company-wide systems; Provides technical support and outstanding customer service to all internal users; The Director of Channel and Patient Services Strategy and Operations will be responsible for the management of the commercial organization’s specialty distribution and dispensing channel strategy and patient services strategy, including the development and evaluation of performance-based metrics related to the deployment of such strategies in collaboration with channel intermediaries and service providers. This position will support the commercialization and channel strategies of Adamas’ first commercial product, Gocovri™ through the relationship and oversight of Gocovri™ Onboard, exclusive specialty pharmacy provider (SPP) relationship, and specialty distributor relationships. As a member of the commercial team, this position will work across the organization and commercial functions to ensure patient access support is in alignment with brand team deliverables that support the execution of commercial launch and growth plans. This position reports to the SVP of Market Access, Distribution, and Commercial Operations and may be based in Emeryville, CA or remotely, based on approval from Adamas™ Executive Leadership. Build, develop, lead, and manage the integrated Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Support functions of Gocovri™ and the Gocovri™ Onboard Program to support achievement of commercial strategies. This includes the oversight of HUB and Specialty Pharmacy Provider reporting and operations, including serving as a triage point for dispensing and patient services-related functions for Gocovri™; Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Patient Support and Specialty Pharmacy Provider dispensing and reporting functions are aligned to strategic insight and analytics stakeholders and the Adamas and Gocovri™ Leadership Teams; Develop and implement performance based analytics of the operational activities and critical success metrics of Patient Services / Specialty Pharmacy Provider / Specialty Distribution functions (performance dashboards). Participate on Gocovri™ brand team, assist with forecasting, budgets and other business analytics to effectively represent franchise sales, initiatives and patient support functions; Provide support to the Field Reimbursement and Sales teams to ensure data and promotional needs are met;
