Coach Tom Studer, has been a coach and mentor to clients, executives and leaders for more than 30 years.  He has helped clients feel financially secure, built and led teams across several Fortune 500 companies and supported the community in many volunteer and charitable endeavors. He has an extensive background in insurance, employee compensation and benefits, and contract management.  He has both domestic and international human resource experience and was part of a team that took a company public (IPO) in March 2001. Tom has earned his Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality/Process Improvement.  He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from USF and a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology from the Florida Institute of Technology. His interest in the community involves volunteering for Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Campus Crusade and YWAM and he has served on a number of mission teams including a month in the Pacific Rim with Wycliffe. Coach Tom helps people determine how to insure they have the best medical coverage, the income they need from investments for life and asset protection needed to pass security on to our kids, family or charitable organizations.  This way clients can live a fulfilled restful, peaceful and spiritual life without fear or worry.
