Chartrand became executive chairman in January 2009. Gary joined Acosta in 1983 as a business manager and subsequently was promoted to Vice President, Regional Vice President of Florida, President, and in 1996, President and CEO. He became Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer upon the merger of Acosta and PMI-Eisenhart in 1998. Under his leadership, Acosta-PMI joined forces with Kelley-Clarke, Morris-Alper and Luke Soules in 1999 to form the first national sales and marketing agency providing services across all fifty states to consumer-packaged goods companies. In 2002, Acosta expanded services into Canada by acquiring four regional sales and marketing firms to form a network across the U.S. and Canada. A winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Award, Chartrand was named to the Supermarket News Power 50 list from 2003 to 2009. Amlie’s early career included various leadership roles at a nationwide printing and office products company, as well as positions with several prestigious law firms prior to focusing on human resources. Kathy Caldwell has been with Acosta since 1999. During her time with Acosta, she has served in many key roles. Prior to her role as Executive Vice President, Client Development, she served as the Executive Vice President of the Walmart Team for four years, and as the Senior Vice President of Client Development for two years. Kathy has managed several of Acosta’s premier clients such as Coca-Cola and Georgia Pacific, while also leading a team of client service directors responsible for clients such as Sara Lee, Bush Brothers, Colgate, Heinz and Kellogg’s. During her extensive tenure with Acosta, Kathy has been involved in several strategic initiatives including business process outsourcing, sales team reorganization and instructional design and training. She has also served on advisory teams for Colgate and Georgia Pacific. Kathy is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Terry School of Business, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She currently serves as an Acosta ambassador for the Network of Executive Women, while locally serving on the board for the University of Arkansas’ Center of Retailing Excellence and as an American Heart Association’s Circle of Red member. In 2014, she was named one of Progressive Grocer’s Top Women in Grocery. Kevin George joined Acosta as President, Mosaic in 2015. He is responsible for the overall strategy of Mosaic and its suite of specialized marketing agencies. Most recently, George served as Global Chief Marketing Officer at Beam Suntory, Inc. As a key member of the executive leadership team, George was responsible for a worldwide team that managed brand marketing, insights, media, digital, social, data, global innovation, pricing and R&D of leading spirits brands such as Jim Beam, Maker’s Mark and Courvoisier. Previously, George held various senior sales and marketing leadership roles at Unilever for more than a decade. His roles included Vice President and General Manager, Director of Marketing, Director of Customer Marketing, Director of Customer Planning and Strategy, Director of Walmart International and Customer Marketing Manager, Walmart. George holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from Miami University in Ohio and a master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in California. is Chief Technology Officer of Acosta. Hall was named to this role in September 2017, and he leads the company’s Information Technology Strategy and Operations Teams. Before Acosta, Rick served as the global product owner for sales effectiveness at Nielsen. In that role he oversaw the deployment of all products serving the retail sales process from headquarters planning to store execution. He managed six product teams across this process and oversaw the development of an integrated solution based on a common software-as-a-service footprint. Before his role in sales effectiveness, he was the revenue management and optimization (RMO) practice owner at Nielsen. In this role, he led the product launch of RMO as Nielsen’s first fully automated SaaS solution. Prior to Nielsen, Rick was founder and CEO of G4 Analytics—a firm dedicated to bringing advanced analytics to the CPG sales process. Rick was chief product architect, and led all major enterprise sales initiatives. He recruited the team which built and implemented the product and he lead the effort to recruit an experienced Board of Directors. Ultimately Rick lead the successful sale of G4 Analytics to Nielsen. holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Philosophy from the University of New Mexico. Todd Johnson joined Acosta in 2015 as Chief Legal Officer serving as the principal legal counsel for the company. He is responsible for overseeing all legal affairs. Johnson is experienced in a wide variety of legal and regulatory issues, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial transactions and corporate governance. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Lender Processing Services. Johnson also held similar roles for two Fortune 500 publicly traded companies and was a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Holland & Knight, LLP. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Corporate Counsel, Society of Governance Professionals and National Association of Corporate Directors. Johnson is a board member of Communities In Schools and serves on the board of advisors for JAXUSA Partnership. He is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, Class of 2012 and a past member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A graduate of the Duke University School of Law, Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie-Mellon University.
