She is a charter member of the Rotary Club of Estero and a longtime supporter of Grace Place for Children and Families. Laura is a graduate of Michigan State University and a fan of Spartan football and basketball. She and her family are new University of Florida fans as well. Unless the Gators are playing Michigan State, Laura can be seen doing the Gator Chomp at Florida games.
