Albert Knoepffler is the founder of ACK Architecture in Miami, with projects in the United States and Central America. Over the past decade ACK has been responsible for a wide range of work, from masterplans in Nicaragua, Mexico and Costa Rica, homes, multi-family developments in Florida, store designs, and commercial buildings. Albert was born in Nicaragua. After graduating from Harvard University with a degree in Engineering, he enrolled in the Harvard Graduate School of Design where he got his Master in Architecture. Before moving to Miami he was an associate at Pei, Cobb, Freed and Partners in New York, the firm founded by I.M. Pei. He worked on the Harvard University Knafel Center for Government and International Studies, on the Sheraton Jakarta Hotel in Indonesia and on Bank Danamon office tower in Indonesia, among many others. © ACK Architecture.
