Sagness joins Achievers from AppNexus, where he was based in London as vice president, Northern Europe and CEEMEA. Before that, he held progressively expanded roles at Microsoft for more than 20 years, from product manager, to vice president of Enterprise Sales, and culminating as general manager, Advertising and Online, UK. His considerable experience spans both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer channels, and includes enterprise sales, operations, marketing and business development. Earlier in his career, he was a software engineer at Nortel and a senior consultant at Hewlett-Packard. He holds a degree in math and computer science from the University of Waterloo. Aris Zakinthinos was named a Top 25 CTO by InfoWorld and was a 2011 finalist for Information Technology Department of the Year by the American Business Awards. He specializes in building high-performing, scalable development organizations. He has a passion for technology and was a teacher before entering the corporate world. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and completed post-doctoral work at Cambridge University. As the Vice President of Customer Success at Achievers, Vanessa is focused on helping our clients develop and cultivate successful recognition and reward programs that ultimately align with, and contribute to the attainment of strategic business objectives. Since 2011, Vanessa has had the opportunity to lead and develop a fantastic team of CSMs and partner with many diverse organizations who share her passion for creating a work environment committed to employee recognition as a key driver of business success. Vanessa has over 10 years of experience working for high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining Achievers, she held various Client Services positions at leading software organizations, including Workbrain and Eloqua, where she specialized in Client Strategy and Education & Best Practices Delivery. Vanessa holds a double honours degree from the University of Guelph in Psychology and Marketing Management. Product Egan is the Vice President of Product at Achievers where he’s responsible for building products that change the way the world works. Since 1998, Egan has been building products that people in modern organizations use to achieve outstanding results, gain knowledge, foster relationships and become leaders. Prior to Achievers, Egan spent 10 years as part of the team at SaaS software startup Eloqua. Following a $368 Million IPO, Eloqua was acquired by Oracle in a $957 million deal that formed the cornerstone of the Oracle Marketing Cloud. Egan continued to lead product management teams at Oracle Marketing Cloud including Eloqua, AppCloud and Compendium (acquired in 2013). Prior to this, Egan was also part of the team that grew telecom software startup Microlegend to a $46 million acquisition. Egan has an engineering degree from Queen’s University, and an MBA from John Molson School of Business. Egan lives in Toronto and loves to take his kids skiing. Natalie has spent her career advising companies of all sizes, from entrepreneurial startups to Fortune 500 firms, on issues related to company culture. Specifically tackling key hire assessment and portfolio due diligence issues, she’s found success analyzing what most overlook – the human element. She holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specific focus on assessment and additional training in strength-based psychology. Natalie serves on the board of the Consulting Psychology Division of the American Psychological Association. She is a popular speaker on culture and recently did a TEDx talk on the importance of culture fit. Natalie is a culture evangelist and is passionate about the power that culture fit has to revolutionize how we work. As an avid Boot Camp aficionado, if you can’t find Natalie in the office odds are good you’ll bump into her sprinting up mountains in her hometown of Denver, CO. David Laszewski has over 13 years of sales and sales leadership experience within SaaS companies that have had successful IPOs and acquisitions. David spent two of his seven years at WebEx in a leadership role growing the business throughout Asia Pacific. His motto is “a problem well-defined is a problem half solved.” He is a University of Arizona graduate, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish. Keshila is our Head of Marketing at Achievers, where she is responsible for driving demand gen, product messaging, and brand ensuring our customers and prospects understand our mission and the value that the Achievers platform can provide to their organization. Prior to Achievers, Keshila has contributed to the success of many notable companies including, Comcast, Taleo, Oracle, Jive Software, Centrify, and Fitbit. In 2016, she won the “Alternative Media – Professional Integrated Campaign Award” given by Creativity International Awards, for her success in increasing brand awareness, lead conversion, and pipeline at Centrify. She has also received numerous other commendations including two Eloqua Markie Awards for “Most Creative Marketing Campaign” and “Best Lead Nurturing.” Keshila earned her masters of science degree in integrated marketing from Golden Gate University, certification in leadership from University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from San Francisco State University.
