Although we’re based in Tampa Bay, we also have an office in Orlando and independent agents located throughout Florida. In the group insurance arena, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and recommendations that are objective and independent. We are not aligned with one or two carriers. Instead, we have preferred relationships with all of the industry’s most top rated providers, and serve as the conduit between our customers and the insurance companies. We also operate using the latest technology, giving our group administrators the ability to accomplish tasks like enrolling employees online via a customized Intranet site. We also offer administrators their own Website, which links to HR community forums nationwide. They can share insights, ideas and experiences with administrators from all over the country. The Accurate Insurance Solutions team answers to only one boss – you. Like his partners, Rob graduated from the University of South Florida in 1995. He entered the insurance and financial services industry as a Prudential Financial advisor. In 2003, he and Gus Gotsis started their own independent insurance agency and investment advisory firm, Capri Marketing. In 2005, Rob and Gus joined their fellow USF alumni, Paul O’Grady, and formed Accurate Health and Financial Services. In 2010, Scott Holcomb joined the firm and brought his HR expertise, prompting the company to establish an employee benefits division and rebrand itself as the Accurate Insurance Solutions. Rob’s philosophy of investing mirrors that of his partners – that educating his clients on value investing helps them to realign their own investment outlook and tolerance for risk. Married and a father of three, Rob enjoys playing soccer and other sports with his children in his spare time. Robert Leone is Insurance Licensed-Only. Securities and Investment advice are given by Paul O’Grady and Gus Gotsis only. Originally from Rochester, New York, Gus came to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida. After graduating in 1995 with a degree in accounting, he entered the financial arena working for Prudential. In 1997, he and Rob Leone left Prudential to become independent advisors and founded Capri Marketing in 2003. In 2005, they joined Accurate Health and Financial Services, which added an employee benefits division and became the Accurate Insurance Solutions in 2010. Gus has his sights set on helping the company grow carefully and deliberately while providing the best service possible for its clients. His primary goal for all Accurate Advisory Clients is for them to be able to maximize returns on investments in the safest way possible and enjoy a stress-free retirement. When not at work, Gus enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Also a University of South Florida graduate, Paul entered into the insurance business with Northwest Mutual in 2001. In 2003, he became an independent advisor, and started his own insurance advisory service. In this capacity, he became highly knowledgeable in health, life, annuities and other wealth building tools. Two years after opening his own agency, Paul joined Rob Leone and Gus Gotsis in forming Accurate Health and Financial Services in 2005. This company evolved into the Accurate Insurance Solutions in 2010 with the addition of an employee benefits division. Paul’s hopes for his clients are that they will achieve their financial goals through the diversification of a portfolio where principal protection is the main objective for meeting their retirement goals. In his time off, Paul is trying to improve his golf game, and enjoys traveling with his wife. Born in Hollywood, Florida, Scott graduated from USF in 1997 with a degree in Information Systems Management. After working in the computer industry for six years, he followed in his father’s and grandfather’s footsteps and entered the insurance business. He began his career working for United Healthcare, then worked his way up to Vice President of an employee benefits firm that had over 350 employer clients. While there, he effectively implemented new technologies and made significant advancements in operational and customer service protocols. In 2009, he started his own firm, Accurate Insurance Solutions. One year later, he merged with his USF classmates and formed the Accurate Insurance Solutions, where he also implemented the same technological advantages for its clientele. His overall objective for clients is to provide them with a level of service seldom seen in our fast-paced world. When not working, Scott enjoys playing all kinds of sports and spending time with his two children. As a Registered Investment Advisor, I concentrate in helping individuals achieve their retirement and long-term financial goals.
