Noland earned a Master of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Speech Communication from Radford University in Radford, Virginia. Alder is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Coopers and Lybrand (PricewaterhouseCoopers). He subsequently held Finance Director and Controller positions in quoted and private pan-European businesses. Prior to joining accesso , Alder spent 4 years as European Controller and Interim Finance Director of private equity backed Palletways Group Limited, supporting the Continental European development of Europe’s largest and fastest growing palletized freight network business. He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the Company in August 2009.
