About Accessibility Disability Consultants We provide service to clients needing expert consultant services regarding Title I (Employment), Title II (Governmental Service), and Title III (Public Accommodations and Commercial Facilities), of the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), with respect to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility Disability Consultants is a consulting firm established in November 2000 by owners Thomas J. Ricci and Judith Ricci. Mr. Ricci, has been certified by several courts as an expert witness and in his capacity as an inspector. He is engaged full time in providing such consulting services, specializing in helping organizations achieve substantial compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The specific assistance includes surveying state and local facilities, commercial facilities, and public accommodations to determine their compliance with requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act; along with the making of recommendations for compliance; and determining feasibility and costs of proposed modifications; arranging for contractors and suppliers of materials if necessary for such compliance; testifying before administrative agencies and courts regarding compliance issues.
