I have been asked by many people why I named my company Accent Lawn Services With my experience in this field I wanted to bring my knowledge and expertise to this area and have a successful full on lawn maintenance company.At Accent Lawn Services I pride myself on reliability, excellent craftsmanship and the ability to achieve the highest standards and quality of service. My company is owner operated and my reputation is key to the success of my business, Our Company Mission Our mission statement at Accent Lawn Services is to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. With our qualified and friendly staff we strive to achieve the highest standards in the lawn care industry making sure we are fully committed to our employees, clients, community ,environment and being a company of the highest integrity and high moral standards. We had lived in the USA for approximately 12 years, and knew that we wanted to stay in the USA and become citizens. We wanted to feel like we belonged to the community and country. It is important to be able to have a voice and be able to vote. When we re-enter the USA as a citizen we feel like we are coming home. America is the land of opportunity and we really feel like we are living the American dream. The country is made up of immigrants that have settled here to make a better life for themselves and their families. When you get people that have a dream and work hard to fulfill that dream, you have a country of people that work hard and are entrepreneurs. We were first in the USA on Visas and after two years gained our Green Cards. We then spent 9 years in the USA working and setting up a business and when our Green Cards came up for renewal, decided to try to become US Citizens. When we took our oath to Pledge Allegiance to the United States of America there were amount 200 + other people from many different countries that all had a dream of being US Citizens. Some of them had come from countries where they lived in poverty or were in areas of civil unrest and so to now be a citizen of the USA was the ultimate dream. The feeling in the room that day is really indescribable, it was a very humbling experience and one of the best days of our lives. Accent means a distinctive quality, and that’s what I base my work ethics around, but also as distinctive as the name is, I also I have an accent.I am originally from England and moved to the US in 2001 and made Fort Walton Beach my home. After my career in property management ended in 2009.
