Accelero Health Partners News Joe oversees all business development and operational aspects. He has been with the company since its inception in 1998, joining as a regional director. He has worked with over 100 hospital partners and oversaw partnerships that showed significant improvements in joint replacement care coordination and cost savings, sports medicine program enhancements, and outpatient rehabilitation volume growth and margin improvements. In 2006, Joe’s role expanded to lead the strategic analysis components of Accelero Health Partner’s services. Involved in the product development component at Accelero taking his knowledge of what he discovers during the assessment phase and customizing the right solution based upon the needs of the hospital and surgeon customers. Facilitating Joint Commission Disease Specific Certifications (30 hospitals to-date). Brian is responsible for increasing the Accelero and Zimmer Biomet Signature Solutions business development activity with hospital C-Suite executives, orthopedic surgeons, and physician practice leaders. Brian provides leadership to the regional sales team that is responsible for engaging and educating 1,200 Zimmer Biomet sales professionals across 50+ distributors to generate new business development leads through internal channels Serves as marketing lead for the development of Accelero Advantage and Signature Solutions suite of consulting and technology products. Presents healthcare trends, value based care models, and orthopedic program marketing at numerous industry conferences, education courses, and health care provider strategy sessions. Gary is responsible for providing orthopedic consulting solutions to healthcare organizations across the country. Gary educates distributors and customers on industry trends; showing how Accelero services enable healthcare providers to quickly adapt to these trends while improving the quality of care, efficiency and effectiveness of their orthopedic programs. Helping healthcare providers to identify opportunities for program improvements Provide customized orthopedic services to meet specific program goals Since 2003, Gary has been critical to the growth of Accelero via direct customer contact and through relationship building with Zimmer. Prior to joining the company, Gary held a prominent role with a major league baseball franchise. He earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BS degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University. Mike is responsible for driving incremental sales and managing new business initiatives. He works with the Accelero team to provide market-leading musculoskeletal service line solutions to healthcare organizations. These solutions are customized to meet the unique need of each customer, helping them to maximize patient care, margin and/or volume. Prior to joining Accelero, Bruno worked as a Controller with responsibility for operational support/management for a mutual fund firm and has a background in developing and implementing information management systems. Bruno graduated from Robert Morris University with a Bachelor’s in Finance. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Leadership and Information Technology at Duquesne University. Prior to his arrival at Accelero, Tim worked at an international management consulting firm to implement organizational change and operational improvement initiatives. He received his BA from Xavier University and his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University. Senior Product Lead Jenna is responsible for leading all clinical transformation within hospital, ASC and physician practice orthopedic programs. Over the 10 years she’s been with the company she has guided the transformations of hospital and practice programs through the development and implementation of the Accelero suite of products, services and technologies. Jenna also leads more directed projects such as: total joint replacement bundle payment programs, and The Joint Commission Disease Specific Care Certification achievement programs. Jenna earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Kinesiology from Whittier College in California. Jenna practiced as a Physical Therapist prior to working for Accelero Health Partners and earned her certification in Athletic Training in 2006. Senior Product Lead, Perioperative Collaborating with in-house technology resources on creative solutions for data analysis and business intelligence.
