By double checking the basics, such as, correct payer, address and fee schedule, verifying authorization and filing requirements, insurance term dates, HHA, COB, etc. we can get your claims processed for payment without a lengthy trial and error process.  While it is essential for the practice to have a thorough intake procedure in place, we will perform our own redundant checks on new patient claims.  Our goal is to bill your physical therapy claims in a manner that pre-empts denials, and thereby accelerate and maximize reimbursement.
