Accelerated Momentum was founded by Caren Henderson. Caren became an accredited coach in 2007 after spending 16 years in corporate America working in corporate training, leadership and organizational development and talent management. Caren chose to move from the corporate world into coaching because she enjoys the one-on-one interaction with clients paired with longer engagement periods. The concentrated effort and length of time of typical coaching relationships have proven to create more sustainable change for her clients. She considers it a privilege to be a partner with her clients in achieving their most important goals. Caren is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches (WABC) and is currently pursuing her Associate Certified Coach accreditation with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her affiliation with ICF binds her to the organization’s Code of Ethics for Coaching Professionals. She is also certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, which identifies our personal preferences and gives insight into how we most prefer to interact in their environment and make decisions.
