Abundance of Love and Wealth provides unique counseling and healing services for people who want to make changes in their life and their relationships.  We provide a variety of services including trauma resolution, recovery from all kinds of addictions, relationship problems, sex and love addiction and avoidance, life coaching and life stress reduction, counseling for behavioral disorders like depression and anxiety, LGBTQ issues, and support services for elders and their care givers. Our Treatment Philosophy At ALW Counseling and Coaching we believe in a person-centered, strengths based approach to counseling and coaching. What does that mean? We can help you address your challenges in an effective, person-centered, supportive, compassionate, and confidential way. We offer individual, group, and family therapy to address your needs using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, 12-Step Facilitation, and Traumatic Incident Reduction.  Posttraumatic stress can affect anyone that has experienced a traumatic event. Not everyone that has experienced trauma will be affected long term. However, for those that live with the long term effects of PTSD there is help.  Life can have many challenges, transitions, and difficulties. Whether you are at a crossroads in your life, navigating over a bump in the road, or feel as if you have hit a dead end, life coaching can help you navigate these challenges and help you make better more thoughtful decisions in order to help you move forward with more confidence. Our individualized, person-centered approach allows you to be in control while seeking guidance from one of our highly trained professionals. Since self-care is so vital for caregivers and has benefits that can be felt by the ones you care for each day, we offer self-care and mindfulness coaching for caregivers. We are conveniently located on Clark road in Sarasota. We are open by appointment so we can best meet your needs. We offer day, evening, and weekend hours. Paypal is accepted for telehealth sessions and payment is due prior to the service being provided. Yes. Insurance covers most therapy services. We work with some insurance providers but are mostly “out of network”. If you are "out of network" you will pay for your counseling session and your insurance company will reimburse you for some or all of your expense. We will be happy to provide you an invoice to send to your insurance company.
