Jack Evans is the Owner/Operator and learned his concrete skills while serving in the Navy as a Seabee. Jack is a solo worker and strives to bring excellence to the industry. He lives and works by the Golden Rule and by approaching each project the old fashioned way exceeding each customers' expectations.  The customer's needs are of the utmost importance.  As a result, much of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.
