Mike was professional and friendly, as I had expected after speaking with him on the phone for over 45 minutes. He explained everything on the phone and again when he arrived at the property and also at the end of the inspection, (which some people might think is over-kill, but, when you are purchasing a property, some details can get a little confusing.) Mike made the inspection easy and relaxing and since my husband was unable to be present for the inspection, he was able to read the email report that Mike sent to us afterward. We were extremely impressed with the detail and understood the findings completely which unfortunately were not positive. Since the property did not meet our expectations, we will definitely use AAA Advanced Home Inspections again once we locate another property.
