Our Company History AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC was founded in January 2004 by Anthony and Angie Schreiber. Starting small with a husband and wife team, our company grew to own and run 16 trucks in just 5 short years. In only a short period of time, customers were referring their friends and family. The continued repeat business has given us the ability to continue to add great team members and expand into many marketplaces in the Florida Area. Our staff is built of many past competitors that have caught on to our great Customer Service and fast yet steady growth. At AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC, we pride ourselves on being able to successfully offer fast same day service, and focus on helping those with elderly or disabled persons or children in the home. Though every customer is important we understand how hard it can be to find fast, reliable service when health issues escalate cooling and heating to a serious level. Every team member is an employee, rather than a subcontractor. You can feel safe in knowing that your house is covered. Our employees offer fast, friendly clean service and are non–commissioned. We take pride in the fact that all of our employees are checked to ensure clean criminal backgrounds and work in a drug free environment. We pride ourselves on our maintenance plans. We are not in your home to try and sell you something, we are in your home to make sure your heating and cooling system is functioning and maintained properly to get the most life out of it. The AA Service and Repair-North Florida AC maintenance program offers priority service to our customers, as well as discounted rates on repairs. We are able to offer you appointments in the evening at no additional charge. This allows you to go to work in the morning pick up your children from school in the afternoon or even working overnight shift without the worry of taking the day off. I am very impressed with the individual attention we received beginning with the very first phone call to Angie. Although she was very busy, she took the time to answer all of my questions about an ac/heatpump to compare her price to an earlier quote from a competitor. Ater hearing the name brand and the price of my earlier quote she was committed to helping me get a much better unit for about the same price; one that had a much better reputation and would last a lot longer! She sent a tech out right away to see for himself what would be needed and then Angie called with her quote. They began the work the very same day. Now, I'm not saying that can happen EVERY time, but it did today. Everyone I met and spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am SOOOO GLAD I made that call to AA Service and Repair!!!!! You will be, too!!! AA Service just installed my new Trane AC system and it is awesome for a great price. Angie did a great job explaining the system and Anu, Bruce, and Glen did a great job professionally installing it in one day. Great company, great people. Angie, I wanted to say thank you again for all that you have done for us. The level of service offered by AA has truly been unmatched. In July of 2008 , my wife and I arrived to a steaming hot house (wow that was a fun surprise). After speaking to several of your competitors, I called AA and I am so grateful I did. Not only did you guys have the absolute BEST price in town, buy you came out the same day to install my new Trane system (and in July that was a lifesaver) and stayed until the job was complete which took late into the night. To this day, we are still receiving followup calls to make sure everything is running A-OK. Thank you so much for your ongoing service Angie-it's refreshing to deal with a company where the customer comes first! Great company!! I worked with Angie and her staff for years! Good people, great work! 2 hours ago, our AC wasn't working... and now it is! I can't thank you enough for not only the prompt service but the professionalism in which it was handled. Your technician went through our system, diagnosed the problem, and had us up and running in no time! I have dealt with other AC repair companies before but this was BY FAR the best experience to date. As far as I'm concerned, there's only 1 number to call...
