He has served and built quality eyeglasses for Cocoa Beach and the surrounding area since 1982. He is well known for his attention to detail and his honest care. Michel has been licensed as an Optician since 1985. He enjoys making all his patients very happy. This may allow us to prevent making glasses that are wrong for the patient. • We discuss the patient’s needs as we are looking for frames. The frame fit is one of the most important parts of filling the prescription. • We educate the patient to assist them to make good decisions in frame and lens selection. We do this because we are educated and have continuing education that is required to maintain our license. But mostly we do this because we are passionate about serving our patients. You may bring your prescription from your Doctor or you may schedule an appointment for an eye exam with the independent Doctor in our office. I've been going there for years and have always been beyond satisfied with the friendly, courteous service extended to me by both Becky and Michele. But now it has been taken to a higher level. When we have verified your prescription as valid and payment is verified, we will order the contacts lenses for you. The cut off time for us to process orders for next day delivery is 3:00 pm. We receive the contacts the follow day. Contacts ordered the previous day before 3:00pm will be available for pick up in our office after 12:00 noon provided the contacts have reached us. We are not responsible for orders delayed in shipping. Friday orders will be processed on the following Monday and available for pick up on Tuesday.
