Shane established A Universal Connection in 1999, and his goal was to provide one-on-one audio/video solutions for his customers in the comfort of their home or business. The business began with Shane literally working out of the trunk of his car; but he soon acquired a loyal customer base that now support a team of installers that work 6 days a week. Shane’s team shares his passion for home automation and home entertainment, and they all have the experience, product knowledge, and expertise to tackle even the most complicated custom jobs.
