During this time his company has been a leader in capital improvement projects and turn- key services within the state of Florida. He has experience in all phases of business including selling, marketing, training, estimating, presentations, design-build, scheduling, purchasing, project management and supervision. - A Rite Way Turn Key Services is owned and operated by Mr. Edwards.  He is directly responsible for the company’s expansion into the Orlando, Tampa, and Miami markets. His company is committed, to serving the Multi-Family Industry with professionalism and reliability. High profile clients, include; Zom, McKinley, Aimco, Concord, Mid America, and Lincoln Property Company.  Mr. Edwards has over 20 years of comprehensive customer service and sales experience; with over 15 years in a variety of senior positions. - Currently as the Regional Manager and an owner of A Rite Way Turn Key Services, Mr. Osborne’s responsibilities include, scheduling, project management, staff supervision, and troubleshooting. Mr. Osborne is also responsible for extensive training of new hires within the company. A Rite Way has experience to get the job done right, with proper planning, quality workmanship and professional project management.
