A Journey to Inspire is a blog based platform focused on inspiring girls and women through forums, community events, and stationary. A Journey to Inspire was created by Kimesha Smith in 2017. A Florida native of Jamaican descent, Kimesha has always had a passion for helping others. She became inspired to start A Journey to Inspire after a series of life changing events propelled her to shift her life’s focus on inspiring and empowering girls and women. Her light bulb moment to create this blog was inspired by the experience Kimesha attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. With her experience working with underprivileged children and her passion for legal solutions – she decided to become a lawyer. Her legal expertise and analytical skills have given her a unique problem solving approach to mentoring and empowering young girls. Her goal is to grow A Journey to Inspire so that all girls and women will learn and find her purpose in life. MISSION MISSION
