She has had many experiences with exploring technological systems that enable small practices to have functionality of larger companies, staging them for greater growth within solid systems in place. Ms. Gloria also participated as a judge in Electromic Medical Record national Development challenges. She is a graduate of Coach U and also a member of the International Coach Federation. Having served as a Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded hospital system, Linda has an extensive financial and management background. She played an integral role in a variety of start-ups ranging from hospitals to physician practices, also pharmacies to research and medical management companies. The companies she served have gained her guidance in corporate structure and organization, operational development, staffing assessments, accounting systems, and productivity analysis. She has educated many entrepreneurs in establishing benchmarks for profitability and utilizing their financial statements to improve their bottom line.
