Nick Halaris is responsible for strategy and operations at AH Capital. He directly supervises all of the firm’s investments, arranges equity and debt financing, manages support function activities and oversees property management operations at Sycamore Property Management, AH Capital’s property management subsidiary. Prior to co-founding AH Capital in 2010, he helped senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies develop and implement strategies. He also built a $15M investment advisory business. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School. Daniel Alexander is responsible for multifamily acquisitions, branding and construction management at AH Capital. He directly supervises the firm’s multifamily investments, negotiates all acquisitions and oversees construction management, design and branding at Sycamore Property Management, AH Capital’s property management subsidiary. Prior to co-founding AH Capital in 2010, he successfully repositioned over $100M in residential and commercial assets in Southern California, Illinois and Arizona. He also developed $15M in luxury condominium and Class A medical space. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Yusef Alexander is responsible for residential acquisitions and dispositions, marketing and project management at AH Capital. He directly supervises the firm’s residential investments and oversees quality control and marketing at Sycamore Property Management, AH Capital’s property management subsidiary. Prior to co-founding AH Capital in 2010, he successfully repositioned over $100M in residential and commercial assets in Southern California, Illinois and Arizona. He also developed $15M in luxury condominium and Class A medical space. Yusef holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Economics from UCLA. Prior to joining AH Capital in 2011, he served as the founder and President of Young Homes, where he developed more than 3,500 homes and established the firm as one of Southern California’s largest homebuilders during his 20 years of leadership.
