Grooming equipment is sharp, and although we use extreme caution and care, accidents can occur. In most cases these accidents occur when animals are wiggling, pulling, and moving around. Because we can not control or predict when an animal will move, we can not fully control the situation no matter how skilled we are or how much experience we have. Your pets safety is our number one priority and we will provide the best care possible. We love animals and our only intention is to provide the best care and make them beautiful.
