AFAB Contractors was first established in April of 1983 as a framing company and was incorporated on January 8, 2001. The business was qualified under the provisions of 489 of the FL Statutes on September 24, 2001 and has been doing business on the beaches of Walton County ever since. I have been in the construction industry for 30+ years working primarily on the Beaches of South Walton County. I have been a licensed Certified General Contractor 15+ years. I typically build three to five custom homes per year. Because I prefer to oversee all aspects of construction myself, I do not have project managers or superintendents. This allows me to ensure quality of construction, jobsite performance and keeping my jobsites clean and safe. I was the first builder in Seacrest Beach and had a close working relationship with the developer, Doodle Harris and the Seacrest Beach Design and Review Board. I presently have under construction one large single family dwelling at Hammock Bay in Freeport and one commercial project in Grayton Beach. Business References
