Like all things we love, 4Women was born from a search for a better alternative, nurtured by passion, For over 15 years 4women has been making beautiful scarves for beautiful heads. Founded by Susan Beausang, the twice patented beaubeau scarf was created as an alternative to wigs and other head coverings. Our unique sewing method results in a comfortable and flattering fit that helps women to feel feminine and secure. Our scarves are always handmade in the US from the highest quality, fashionable fabrics. Our love of all things beautiful starts with family and by shopping 4women, you are joining ours. Our grandmother and later our mother were both diagnosed with breast cancer. We watched as they lost their hair during chemotherapy. Their strength was truly inspiring. Determined to keep her dignity and femininity we helped our mother to pick out a wig that she never wore, it was simply uncomfortable. Unfortunately the alternatives screamed “I’m Sick!” It wasn’t until years later in a search for a deeper purpose, a way to help women, that we found 4women. Our Mission Statement Our mission is to provide women and girls with medical hair loss a stylish alternative. We deliver high quality, consciously curated fashionable scarves, and accessories online to customers worldwide and through a selected number of boutiques. We will deliver a fulfilling shopping experience to you, our customer, every time. We strongly believe in giving back to our community, and the world we live in. From packaging to product to production, every aspect of our company is designed to minimize waste and increase positive engagement with the communities that we serve. We support charities and scarf banks nationwide and we are proud to give back in any way that we can. We are helping women to feel beautiful, comfortable, and supported. Women by their nature are all of these things and they deserve a scarf to match. They deserve the best, the beaubeau.
