I called a few places prior and was not pleased at all with the costumer service I was receiving over the phone. I eventually came across 3D and gave them a call and felt like I was talking to a friend. The women was very sweet and assured me her husband Danny would do his best! Danny arrived on time and did an amazing job! He was very friendly and because of that I will continue to use 3D and recommend them to everyone! Thank you 3D Family for making my carpet brand new!" "Danny came out on a prescheduled time and date to diagnose water damage in a bedroom following a bordering bathroom faucet leak in the wall. We had cleaned and dried the carpeted area as much as possible with shopvac, but Danny was able to detect dampness in the wall and under the carpet using his water sensing devices. Danny explained a few options (replace the drywall, dryout the wall void, let it dry on its own). We opted to have him dryout the wall void. This consisted of directing a blower through tubes running into holes drilled into the drywall (like in the pictures on the website) under the baseboard (after removed) and running an industrial dehumidifier in the room. This made the room uninhabitable for a few days because of the noise and high heat (100 degrees), but it got the job done. No dampness was detected after a few days. Danny came out and removed the equipment and replaced the baseboard with a new piece since the original had broken during removal. Danny gave us the option of having the carpet cleaned for an extra fee, but we opted not to do this because staining was minor and hidden by furniture anyways. We are very happy with the services performed and no evidence of the incident is visible aside from minor carpet staining." I had an emergency pet problem and I am pregnant. There were pet spots from previous that I never expected to come out and Danny worked on them and they barely show now. I don't have to use rugs to hide those areas anymore. Thanks 3D for doing a great job." Last year I used 3-D to clean the wall - to - wall carpet in my 13 year old, 3500 square foot home. The carpets were filthy despite my almost monthly attempts to clean them with my super duper power cleaner. We have 3 large dogs in our family, two of which are almost 12 years old. One of them kept sneaking to my master bedroom hall to relieve himself. Poor boy just can't hold his water. The carpet reeked even though I used everything under the sun to remove the odor, and I do mean every natural product and 5 star rated product I could find. Danny, the owner of 3-D came and worked his magic. I could not have been happier with the results. Not only were the carpets remarkably cleaner and brighter, but they were only slightly damp and that awful doggie aroma was replaced with a nice fresh scent. The very offensive urine smell in the bedroom hall could not be detected and has not returned since (doggie blocked from entering of course). I wish I had hired them before I spent all that money on do-it-yourself products. I vowed to use 3-D from that point on. Last Sunday morning, I woke up to a flooded first floor. The water was coming from my downstairs toilet and was 2" high in some areas. It covered 5+ rooms. After turning off the water to the toilet, screaming, crying and panicing for a couple minutes I knew I had to get the water extracted....and fast. All I could think of is who in the world can I call at 6:30 a.m. on a Sunday morning? Then I remembered 3-D. I called, they responded immediately and Danny was here pronto. After calming my nerves by reminding me it could have been a fire or some other awful disaster, he kicked into high gear. He helped me and my adult children move furniture and belongings to a safe area and proceeded to extract the water and remove the carpets and pads. He took digital pictures, and thermal imaging pictures of the walls, in order to document the extent of the damage for my homeowner insurance company. The carpets were relaid without pads for our safety and comfort. At that point he placed 14 turbo fans and 3 commercial dehumidifiers throughout the areas. He was at my home for 11 hours the first day and I don't even recall he took a break! Danny came back for 2 or 3 hours every day for the next 5 days to check on the drying progress. He was also willing to discuss his concerns, knowledge, certifications and processes with my insurance company. To protect yourself...know that some insurance companies will not only encourage, but almost insist that you use "their people". Mine actually wanted me to tell 3-D to leave so "their" extractors could come. Are you kidding me?!! Don't give in. You have the right to use the service of your choice. Over the course of the experience I have had a chance to interact with Danny and his wife and business partner, Diane. I had many questions and concerns. They were always prompt, understanding, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. They are a small company and sometimes small is best. The attention to detail was impeccable and I never felt lost in the shuffle. Not once did he have to get on the phone to deal with issues another client was having. I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years. I am not easily impressed and don't often take the time to write a business review. Take it from me. 3-D is #1 in my book.
