The biggest pro of living here is the location! It takes me about 8 minutes to get to class through bike & 15 minutes walking distance. You don't ever have to go through the nightmare of parking at school which always takes forever unless you're lucky. Besides location, the staff is extremely helpful and nice compared to other places I've lived. I had one maintenance issue, & the property manager was adamant about fixing my situation. The maintenance guy is also nice. Overall, it's been a good experience with 385 rent."
