To meet a growing need, 360 Game Changers was created. 360 Games Changers is a life coaching company that focuses on serving youth and their families.  The company focuses on parents who see their child is starting to show lack of motivation in school or at home.  Parents who notice there is a change and are looking for some extra support to try to get their child motivated so he/she can maximize their potential. Life coaching is helping people reach goals they have set for themselves.  One of 360 Game Changers core values is goal setting which is essential to an effective coaching relationship.  Life coaching could help your child deal with their present situation, discover what’s important to you and them, design a plan by creating goals for the future, and motivating them to work through obstacles that stand in the way of them achieving their goals. The goal is to motivate and empower youth to find their unique talents, create their own lane and become game changers in society.  360 game changers can only be successful if the home dynamics are in alignment with the youth’s personal goals. I believe it takes a village to raise kids and this company allows me to do my part in shaping the lives of young people that will ultimately change the world. As youth are faced with more distractions, pressure from friends and the widespread access to media more than ever before, 360 Game Changers provides a proactive solution to help prevent youth ages 11-17 from heading down roads that are hard to recover from.  The old saying, it takes a village to raise a child is non-existent in today's society. 360 Game Changers believe in becoming an extension of the home to provide additional support to parents. 360 game changers speaks the same language to provide parental support by reinforcing rules along with motivating youth to take ownership and improve academic performance.
