Hayley’s jet ski and boat rental started more than 10 years ago in Vero Beach as a family business to occupy time. Matt was retired at the old age of 35 and needed something to do according to Hayley, his daughter. She wrote a business plan (at 15 yrs old) and the ball was rolling. The business started with 2 jet skis and soon expanded service from Cocoa Beach to Fort Pierce Inlet. They decided to start renting boats and start a boat club in Melbourne because they saw a void in the market. Hayley’s bought Mariner boat rentals and Club Nautica that were in the Melbourne area for more than 20 years. The same phone number has been used for boat rentals/club since 1985. The business has grown to be the largest rental fleet in Florida. A.
