ABOUT 30A Oyster Welcome to 30A Oyster! We absolutely love oysters and serve only the freshest quality oysters. Our oysters may be from different locations depending on availability. We currently have been serving oysters from Apalachicola and West Bay, Florida. We like to keep it local as much as we can. We have done events such as the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam and Stars and Guitars just to name a few. We can do oysters anyway you like them and as always, they will be shucked right in front of you. We also offer shrimp boils.. Call us today about your event! We do weddings, football parties or just an intimate dinner. We will do all the hard work! Want more than oysters? Just let us know, we can help with any request you have. Rick has been in the oyster business for a little over 15 years and he has won a few oyster shucking championships. He has also been showcased in Southern Living magazine. He is passionate about what he does and loves making people happy.
