HOME SELLERS In doing a pre-listing inspection, we want to provide the home seller a proactive approach to finding any issues that could be corrected prior to listing. This will give confidence that when they come to an agreement for sale that they will not have to negotiate down to correct the issues found, which could cost more than correcting up front. We offer services to check on the condition of rental units before and/or after tenants usage. It could provide peace of mind, especially if the owner is not local to the area, that everything is in working order and you won't be receiving frantic calls from tenants.
