Born and raised in Edgewater, Maryland, John relocated to Ormond Beach, Florida in the early 1990’s upon completion of his degree in Business Administration. While serving as Operations Manager in the banking industry, John received his real estate sales license in 1998 followed by earning his real estate brokers license. In 2000, John segued into the title insurance business in, and then, in 2002, he purchased Equity Closing and Title in Ormond Beach, FL, which he currently owns and operates separately from 1st Global Realty of Florida.
