Edward D’Alessio, owner of 1st Call Jupiter Pools has worked in the pool construction and service industry since 2003. Originally from Staten Island, NY Edward moved to Jupiter Florida to follow his passion and build his career in the pool industry. We have a large size pool and they do a great job maintaining it for us. Our pool water is always so clear. Whenever I have a pool question or need assistance programming our automated system Eddie is right there to help me. Last month our heater was not working, we called Eddie Saturday evening and he showed up Sunday morning and got it back going. We love Eddie. He's been doing our pool for couple years now. Always shows up and goes the extra distance, even during the hurricane he came and made sure everything was good before and right after the storm. He was so busy but made sure he was in contact with us and took care of everything so quickly. Thank you Eddie. I just wanted to let you know how great of a job Eddie did. He worked hard, was so pleasant, and made the pool look great as if Irma never came through. My family had an excellent time enjoying the pool this weekend. Thanks! I maintain the pool myself but I don't like doing Plumbing repairs. I've been using a chain store for repairs. Will definitely keep you guys in mind for our next breakdown.
