This was a very easy process, I was always expecting some hiccup along the way, but once I received my pre-approval, everything was smooth sailing! This was our first home purchase and we were very scared, nervous 1st Alliance Lending is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and this last week has proved that once again. I contacted them pretty upset because I had made an error in my checkbook which had thrown everything off and did not know how I was going to make my payment. The lady I first spoke with was nice and she did tell me her name however I was so upset by what I had found out I cannot remember it. She transferred me to her supervisor for assistance. She referred me to Howard. I had dealt with him when I first came to 1st Alliance. I know he had a lot going on but he took the time to help me calmly reevaluate my situation. It turned out I had overlooked ways to have enough money and get the payment made. I was able to accomplish this. Refinancing through 1st Alliance was for me the right choice. Thanks again to Howard and the 1st lady I talked with. In all of my dealings with the different people from 1st Alliance I can truly say they are both very professional and very nice. 1st Alliance has helped us lower our interest and payment on our mortgage which is saving us money so we can enjoy our retirement. The folks we dealt with were very courteous and eager to answer our qu estions. They seemed genuinely interested in helping us secure a mortgage. They helped me when I didn't think i would find help. They are extremely helpful and easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone. Someone answers everytime you call and they have good hours I had an excellent experience with them. I had read the reviews prior to selecting them and I was NOT disappointed. They helped me accomplish what I set out to do, which was to buy a house in another First Alliance was the only lender to actually listen and help. I was able to close on a very difficult "back to work" FHA program in 3 months. Although the paperwork was daunting (FHA requirement), Al yssa, my submission coordinator guided me through the entire process. She was quick to communicate and I could always get her on the phone. Honestly, I feel like family with First Alliance. Thanks a million. My family and I finally have a roof over our heads to call our own.
