1 ABLE REALTY, LLC is a family owned and operated real estate brokerage.  Established in 2009 by Broker/Owner Mr. Jarrett West and his wife Mrs. Tracy West, 1 ABLE REALTY has grown to service 26 counties in Florida.  Mr. West is an expert in HUD real estate sales with a background in mortgage and finance.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Internation Affairs from Rollins College.  In addition to his knowledge of the real estate industry, Mr. West also served in the United States Navy for 4 years before being honorably discharged due to an injury during service.  Currently, Mr. West is the Florida State Director of the Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals.  Mrs. West is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida as well as a Masters Degree in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University.  She has years of accounting experience, which includes the management of HOA financial statements.  Along with the responsibilities of operating 1 ABLE REALTY, Mr. and Mrs. West are parents of their two small children.  William "Will" and Catherine "Cate" ages 7 and 6.   Information Deemed Reliable, but Not Guaranteed.
