When she learned the State of Florida requires no wait period (for destination couples from outside of Florida), no blood test & no witnesses to get married in Florida, Gayle said “Couples could get married ‘on a whim.'” That’s when the company name came to life. Teaming with husband of over 30 years Joe, the Liteheart’s began the company by providing wedding Officiant, photography & wedding concierge services for locals and eloping couples. As their customer base & local partnerships grew, they expanded to provide original wedding decorations and convenient dinner cruise receptions. Representing three dinner cruises provides Weddings On a Whim’s couples with easy & affordable reception options. Partnerships w/local hotels assists couples to communicate with personal contacts – in order to find the best pricing & service available to them.
